• Receipt and transmission with specific instructions that include the following:

• Information about other vehicles approaching from the rear at high speeds, wrong-way vehicles approaching from the front (drunk drivers) at high speeds, traveling too closely to the primary vehicle, over set speed warnings, stationary objects or blocked thoroughfare warnings, accident or approaching congestion or diversion warnings, upcoming rest areas, upcoming exits, eye movements and facial angles to determine potential drowsiness of the driver warnings.

• Scanning capable presets of the registration plates of other vehicles to determine publicly available data related to registration number of other vehicles.
